nobody likes taxes. NC has an 7% income tax and a 6% sales tax. Most cities and/or counties have property tax which hits you again by taxing your land, home, car/cars, boat or whatever else they have records of you owning that have titles.

After my first child was born I went to visit my parents in Wilmington Delaware. this was 26 years ago. I flew from Asheville to Charlotte Airport with my baby on my lap.  She was about 2 weeks old.  (The Charlotte Airport is huge.) Then the airlines didnot charge for a child as long as they sit in your lap. I think this still applies. It was a short flight but I had to wait about 5 hours at the airport terminal for my flight to Washington DC where I would connect yet again to a flight to Philly. It was hectic getting to my terminal at Washington cause I had to get across the airport in about 20 minutes before my plane took off. Luckily everyone was very helpful and courteous cause I was carrying a newborn on my shoulder. If you are traveling in the US and need a place to stay see US hotels.

That would be nice to hit the big one. My son won $50 dollars 2 weeks ago. Recently he’s been breaking even by winning a dollar here and there. They say a couple from Oregon state won the big one this month.
