All room have air-conditioning and a full size washer and dryer. A brand new sports facility with several types of equipment, including a raquetball court, trainers and conference room. The Towers at Costa Verde open July of 2003, and the Pidgeon Company will have several homes. They will have everything the Garden Homes have, plus granite kitchen counter tops, granite entry ways and fantastic views of the city.
