Take I-75 (Alligator Alley) to Highway 27 South. Take Highway 997 South to Florida City. Go left on 344th Street (Palm Drive) and make a right at the next traffic light onto U.S. Highway 1. The Property is 1000 yards South on the left hand side, next to Dennys Restaurant and at the rear of the Mobil Mart. Take 836 W to 826 S/Palmetto Exwy and follow signs to Coral Gables.
