This beautiful American Victorian built in 1892 is located in the historic Uptown/Garden District. Continue on Carrollton approx. 3.5 miles to the roundabout on St. Charlses Ave. Take a left at the roundabout onto St. Charles. Continue on St. Charles approximately 3.5 miles to Marengo St.(3 blocks past Napoleon Ave.). Take a right onto Marengo St. Go three blocks and make a right onto Perrier Street.
