Standard King Bed Room: 
Our one room suite is perfect for a person who will be here for an extended stay, would like to entertain friends, conduct interviews or hold small meetings. The suite features a King size bed, a conference table with 4 chairs, a sofa (queen sleeper), two armchairs and coffee table. There is a two person Jacuzzi in this suite, plus a full bathroom. Guests of the suite enjoy all of our standard amenities, plus small refrigerator.

Standard Queen Bed Room: 
These spacious rooms come with all standard amenities, including a well-lit work area with two chairs. Some rooms with two queen beds also offer a sleeper chair that folds out into a twin size bed, ideal for traveling families. A second vanity, sink & mirror outside the bathroom allows for more than one person to prepare for the day ahead at one time.

Directions to the Ramada Limited South Lincoln

Take exit 397 (Highway 77 South). Travel on Hwy. 77 (the bypass, around the outskirts of downtown Lincoln and the most direct way to our property), for approximately 5 miles. Turn left onto L55W (Link 55W), Ramada is approximently one mile to the north, on the right hand side of 55W. Take Nebraska Highway 2 west to Lincoln. Stay on Highway 2 to 14th Street. Turn left on south 14th Street, Ramada is 3 blocks down on left hand side of the street. From airport parking, turn right at the traffic light, onto NW 12th Street. Travel on NW 12th to the 9th Street downtown exit. You will travel on I-180 into downtown Lincoln, at which time the street will change into 9th Street. Continue on 9th Street through downtown and for approximately three more miles. You will turn right on South 14th Street, also marked as L55W. The Ramada Limited is located three blocks south, on the left hand side of the road. Continue on Highway 77, until exit to right for Link 55W. Ramada Limited approximately one mile north, on right hand side of 55W. Take I-80 to exit 401 (Downtown), then take I-180 South through downtown Lincoln, continue South on 9th St for approximately 3 miles. Turn right on 55W Link (South 14th St) then go about 3 blocks and turn left at Center Park Rd. 3 Blocks south of NE HWY 2 on south 14th Street, easy access to I-80. Lincoln Municipal Airport - 8 miles, Eppley Airport in Omaha - 60 miles
