FOLLOW HWY 20WEST TO NEWPORT AND AS YOU ENTER NEWPORT THERE IS A 4WAY INTERSECTION AT MOORE AND HWY 20. AT THE FIRST LIGHT TURN LEFT ONTO JOHN MOORE RD AND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL IS A FLASHING YELLOW LIGHT.VEER TO THE LEFT ONTO BAY BLVD AND THE EMBARCADERO IS THE FIRST DRIVEWAY ON THE RIGHT.
