We are family owned and operated and maintain one of Sutherlin's AAA approved lodgings. All our rooms are large and comfortable with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and direct dial phones with free local calls. The bathrooms have full bath and shower, with a hair dryer. The 27 inch TV receives 90 cable channels, including free HBO. A continental breakfast is served every morning from 6:30 to 10:00 AM in our lobby. Eight of these well appointed rooms are reserved for our guests who smoke. The rest are non-smoking rooms. The Conference Room is equipped with an overhead projector, podium, dry erase board, and TV-VCR to accommodate the needs of corporate meetings, wedding receptions, showers, graduation parties, and other gatherings. Surrounded by an outdoor paradise, the Umpqua Regency is a excellent location for that long awaited vacation, company meeting, or family reunion....
