I-45 * Property is adjacent to this famous boardwalk. * 15 miles North * Ten miles West From Houston Intercontinental travel West to I-45, take I-45 South to Nasa Rd. 1 exit and take Nasa Rd. 1 East to Hwy. 146. TUrn right, south, on 146 go over Kemah Bridge and at first stop light, 6th St. turn left. Go to first stop sign, Bradford St. Turn right go down on 9th St. turn left, we are on the left, on the corner of Kipp and 9th. We are located within walking distance of the famous Kemah Boardwalk, 31 miles SE of downtown Houston. The property is accessible from Houston -Hobby- Airport, located 22 miles SE.

Guarantee Policy

The guarantee policy is consistent for all dates/ seasons. A deposit is required for all reservations made in the form of credit card with valid expiry date due 7 days prior to arrival for 100 percent of the stay. Same day bookings are available.

Cancellation Policy

Must cnacel 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation and or no show charge of 1 night accommodation plus applicable taxes.
